We collect your personal information primarily to match women looking to grow their career with those whose experience, accomplishments, insight and support can help. Collecting your personal information allows us give you information about or provide you with with our products and services.

(d) to develop consumer insights so we can better understand your preferences and interests, personalise your experience and enhance the services you receive;
